Kenneth P. Regan

Chairman and CEO

Kenneth holds a B.S.B.A. in business management from the University of North Dakota. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and member of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). He began his real estate career in 1979 with Warner and Co. in Fargo. In March of 1981, Kenneth, along with James Wieland, founded the Goldmark companies. Today, he is CEO, Chairman and an active partner with the Goldmark Schlossman Real Estate Services, Inc. and Goldmark Development Corporation.

Jon E. Strinden

Jon is an officer with the Fredrikson and Byron law firm. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.S.B.A. in accounting in 1979 and the UND School of Law, J.D., in 1982.

James D. Echtenkamp

Jim graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1978 with a B.S.B.A. in accounting and from Drake University School of Law in 1981 with a J.D. Jim joined Goldmark in January 1990 as a partner and principal, and works out of the Goldmark Minneapolis Regional Office. Jim is a member of the Board of Directors for Private Bank, Minn., holds a real estate broker’s license in Minnesota and is licensed to practice law in Iowa and Minnesota.

Dale D. Lian

Dale received a B.S. in accounting from the University of North Dakota and earned a CPA license in 1979 and an N.D. real estate license in 1985. Dale is the president of Goldmark Development Co. He oversees new construction and development and manages all of Goldmark’s financing and banking relationships. Prior to joining Goldmark, he was a CPA specializing in tax and accounting for small businesses with Charles Bailly and Co. in Fargo.

James S. Wieland

Jim received both his B.S. and M.S. from North Dakota State University. Jim and his original partner, Kenneth Regan, founded the Goldmark family of companies in 1981. He continues to serve as president and managing partner of Goldmark Schlossman Commercial Real Estate Services and is active in Goldmark Property Management and Goldmark Development. Jim has been involved in property investment, management, brokerage and development since 1977.

Bradley S. Williams

Brad graduated from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, with a B.S.B.A. He has spent the past 25 years in senior management positions, focusing on strategic planning and management, resource allocation and mergers and acquisitions. Brad has been the president of Goldmark Property Management since April 2005. In this position, he oversees the management of more than 10,000 units of multifamily housing.

Brad Swenson

Brad received his B.A. from North Dakota State University and his J.D. from the University of Denver, College of Law.  He has more than 18 years of broad leadership and management experience in corporate governance, operational leadership and strategy, business ethics and compliance goverment relations, and the law.  Brad was appointed President of INREIT Management LLC in August 2010.
