Brad SwensonPresident Brad received his B.A. from North Dakota State University and his J.D. from the University of Denver, College of Law. He has more than 18 years of board leadership and management experience in corporate governance, operational leadership and strategy, business ethics and compliance, government relations, and the law. Peter J. WingerChief Financial Officer Pete is a Certified Management Accountant. He has accounting and operations management experience in several different industries, including dairy and retail. Pete attended St. John’s University, Minn., and earned B.S. degrees in accounting and business administration. He also has an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mike HartFinance Manager Mike received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from Augsburg College. He has 15 years real estate, loan and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining INREIT, Mike worked for Faelon Partners, Ltd. a Mergers and Acquisitions advisory firm based in Minneapolis, Minn. Janelle BersethFinancial Reporting Manager Janelle received her B.A. degree in finance and accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN and is a Certified Public Accountant. Janelle has SEC experience in preparing and reviewing public filings for a number of different industries which include: banking, construction, entertainment, manufacturing, real estate and retail. She worked as an auditor for PwC and Boulay, Heutmaker, Zibell & Company in Minneapolis and as a Strategic Analyst for Otter Tail Corporation in Fargo, ND. Janelle joined INREIT in July of 2011. Vicki VoleskyOffice Manager/Paralegal Vicki received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is a Certified Paralegal and Certified Administrative Professional. She supports INREIT’s real estate, corporate, and HR Business functions. Vicki is a member and Past President of The Red River Valley Paralegal Association, volunteers with the Fargo Moorhead Rape and Abuse Crisis Center, and serves on the Executive Board of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fargo.
