Robust ND property investment roots

It all began with 10 bold investors. INREIT Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) was formed in November 2002 when the original 10 shareholders of Golden Estates Independent Living in Williston, N.D., re-purchased the property. Shares were first sold to the public in January 2003, as part of an initial $2 million offering. By January 2004, that offering had more than doubled to $5 million.

INREIT continued expanding its properties and now acquires, owns and manages over $350 million of high quality multi-family housing, assisted living facilities, medical office and retail properties. See our investment properties.
